Cities are allocated on a first come first served basis.

An EP accreditation is awarded by Canadian 'City' subject to availability. View EP Maps. You will be asked to sign a 'Code of Conduct' form (pdf) if successful in becoming an EP. (Elvisagram Performer)

Step 1

Please take care to fill in the form correctly. You must specify at least one territory (CITY) that will be your Official Elvisagram Peformer zone. Click the send button once you are ready.

Step 2

Your application will be checked by our EP Recruitment team. Allow up to 5-10 days for a decision on whether your EP Application has been approved. We will let you know by email.

Step 3

If approved, you will receive the 'Code of Conduct' form for signing. Your listing will then go live on Elvisagram.com. At that time you may also start using the EP brand logo and Certificate. If your application is not approved, you may apply again at 3 month intervals.

What do I receive for the accreditation fee?

1, A listing on the Elvisagram website. (Click for demo) Customers will see your contact data when the EP map is clicked in your assigned City. This includes a button link to your website or landing page. 2, Ownership of Booking requests that fall in your assigned City. (We send you requests that come directly to us) 3, An Elvisagram Performer (EP) badge logo and Certificate for use with your own marketing campaigns. 4, HQ Support and invites to events.

Can I choose more than 1 City?

Each act can be allocated up to 3 Cities. A subscription fee is applied for each one, so the cost will be multiplied by 3 if you choose the maximum number of Cities available. Toronto (City) is classified as a major hub. Up to 3 Official EP are allocated to this City. This is the only exception in Canada and any HQ leads will be shared evenly between the EP's assigned to this City.

Can I cancel the accreditation ?

You may cancel at anytime and your listing will be removed. We cannot offer refunds. Elvisagram may also terminate the accreditation at any time.

How do I make the accreditation payment?

You can make it by bank transfer, or an online payment provider like Paypal. You will receive a payment link once your application has been confirmed.

How long is the accreditation for?

It is a 12 month accreditation. You can renew the listing after 12 months subject to availability.

What do I charge the customer?

EP's can set their own pricing to the customer. For song dedications we suggest $300.00. (For 1 to 3 songs). For a show, you would quote the customer as normal taking into the account the brief and any expenses incurred.
